The prices charged for all the hotel rooms will not exceed the usual hotel rates. The hotel rooms will be allocated on a “first come, first serve” basis. The invited participating federations must pay for their accommodation costs. Please find the accommodation form HERE.

By request, an offer for accommodation at a Youth Hostel can be arranged (4-8 persons per room).

Payment
At the time of the Definitive registration (2 months prior to the event) 50% of the accommodation costs must be paid to the OC. Entries without the payment of the 50% of the accommodation costs will be considered as invalid and will be refused. The remaining 50% of the accommodation costs must be paid to the OC at the time of the nominative entry.

The participating federation is responsible for covering all bank fees in connection with the bank transfers.

Cancellation
Full or partly cancellation of a booking can be done up to two weeks before the competition. Full or partly cancellation of a booking up to one week before the competition will is accepted by a reimbursement of 75% of the amount. Later cancellation will not give any reimbursement.
